What we hold
Your account details (name, email, role), your business setup (locations, team, suppliers), and the trading data you enter or record: recipes, costs, stock, sales and waste.
Keeping businesses separate
Every record belongs to one business and access is enforced in the database itself, so one business cannot read another’s data. Staff only see the screens their role allows.
AI features
When you use AskPOS, Magic Import or prep-time estimates, the relevant figures or document are sent to our AI provider to produce the answer. They are not used to train models.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete your account and its data. Email support@easyqms.store.
