Your account

You are responsible for who you invite and the roles you give them. Keep till PINs and sign-in details private, and remove people when they leave.

Acceptable use

Use Easy POS for running your own hospitality business. Do not attempt to access other businesses’ data, resell the service, or interfere with how it runs.

Costing and reporting figures

Margins, forecasts and AI suggestions are based on the data you enter. They are decision support, not accounting advice, and should be checked before you change prices or place orders.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time; you keep access until the end of the current billing period and can export your data before it ends.
